Retail and In-Store Over the last seven years, we've become very involved in retail and in-store research. Our in-store ethnographic work delivers insights into shopping behavior and purchase decision making; the role of store environment, merchandising and display, messaging and signage, interactive technologies, and customer service; and the competitive landscape.
